Referrals

You do not need a referral to see us for a consultation.

We are happy to accept referrals from GPs and other health professionals.

If you have a current Chronic Disease Management (CDM – Previously known as an EPC Plan – Enhanced Primary Care Program) or are eligible for CDM under Medicare, you will be rebated a large portion of the fee by Medicare.
